How to do foam-roller single-leg seated shoulder support

  1. Sit with one leg long and its calf supported on a foam roller. Bend the other knee and plant that foot.
  2. Place both palms behind your hips and keep your elbows comfortably extended.
  3. Press through your hands and planted foot to lift your chest and hips slightly while the long leg stays supported on the roller.
  4. Lower slowly without forcing the shoulder range. Complete a comfortable set, then change legs.
