How to do partner-assisted supine calf stretch

  1. Lie on your back with one knee bent and that foot resting on the floor.
  2. Raise the other leg to a comfortable angle with the knee softly extended. Have a partner support your heel and forefoot.
  3. The partner gently guides your toes toward your shin until you feel a mild calf stretch, without bending your toes or forcing your knee.
  4. Hold while breathing normally, then release the pressure slowly and switch legs.
