  1. Lie partly on your side with the foam roller beneath the outer upper thigh, below the hip joint. Keep the lower leg long.
  2. Bend your top leg across the front and plant that foot on the floor. Support yourself on your lower forearm and top palm.
  3. Use your supporting limbs to control pressure as you shift gently over a short section of the outer thigh. Avoid the hip joint and knee.
  4. Move slowly, then change sides.
