How to do standing calf raise

No equipment required.
- Standing bilateral calf raise.
- Stand tall with straight but soft knees, feet hip-width apart, arms relaxed beside hips.
- Lift both heels together to rise onto the balls of both feet, pause briefly then lower heels to the floor.
- Toe/ball contacts stay fixed; the entire body rises naturally as the ankles plantarflex, no knee squat, no jumping or floating.
- Keep both shoes identical size and view.
- Show one complete rise and lower.
