Equipment

No equipment required.

  1. Stand with your feet close together and your arms beside your body on a clear, suitable exercise surface.
  2. Make a small jump to bring your feet apart while raising both arms out to shoulder height.
  3. Land softly with your knees slightly bent, then jump your feet back together as your arms lower.
  4. Repeat with controlled, light landings. Keep your arms around shoulder height rather than lifting them overhead.

Choose a comfortable range and use secure equipment. The illustration is a movement reference; stop if a movement causes pain.
