hamstringsRepetitionsgym

Equipment

barbell, plates

  1. Stand with your feet about hip-width apart, holding a light barbell in front of your thighs with an overhand grip.
  2. Brace your trunk and keep a small, comfortable bend in your knees without locking them.
  3. Hinge at your hips, moving them backward while lowering the bar close to your legs. Keep your arms straight and your spine long.
  4. Stop before your back rounds, then bring your hips forward to stand tall. The bar does not need to reach the floor.

Choose a comfortable range and use secure equipment. The illustration is a movement reference; stop if a movement causes pain.
