forearmsRepetitionsgym

Equipment

barbell, bench

  1. Kneel beside a stable bench and rest both forearms on the pad with your wrists just beyond its edge.
  2. Hold a light bar with your palms facing up. Keep your fingers wrapped around it and your forearms supported.
  3. Curl your palms upward through a small comfortable range by bending your wrists.
  4. Lower the bar slowly. Keep your elbows, shoulders and body still rather than lifting your forearms.

Choose a comfortable range and use secure equipment. The illustration is a movement reference; stop if a movement causes pain.
